To cancel or reschedule a service, please submit a written request via email at least two working days before the scheduled service date. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
The payment made through our website is an initial deposit. The final invoice will reflect the total hours worked and services provided.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost.
